Terms of Payment and Booking for Pitch at Vadstena ParkStop
These terms apply between Vadstena Center AB and the person who, either personally or through another person, books/pays for a pitch at Vadstena ParkStop.
The person booking/paying is referred to as "Customer" in these terms. The provider is referred to as "Vadstena Center AB", "We", or "Vadstena ParkStop". The booking/payment applies to the rental
of a pitch at Vadstena ParkStop. Customers/guests at Vadstena ParkStop are required to follow Vadstena Center AB's "Rules and Regulations", this document is available in its entirety at (website
address).
Customers/guests who do not adhere to these regulations, Vadstena Center AB staff have the right to evict from the premises.
1. Booking and Payment for Individuals
- To book and pay for a pitch on the website, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
- To complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish) is required.
- All fees are in SEK and include VAT.
2. Booking of Pitch
- It is not allowed to use the pitch with a caravan or tent.
- The price includes pitch rental, booking fee, and connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes).
- All pitches are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.
3. Payment and Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it should be checked to ensure that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the
booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In case of any errors, Vadstena Center AB should be contacted within 7 days from the receipt of
the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
- Payment is made immediately when booking.
4. Cancellation of Booked Pitch
Cancellation can only be made by opening your booking confirmation and clicking on "Cancel Pitch".
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the booking are non-refundable.
5. Responsibility for Property and Damage
- Vadstena Center AB is not responsible for forgotten items.
- Vadstena Center AB is not responsible for damage caused by outsiders.
6. Other Obligations and Rules
- Customers/guests must take care of the site and facilities, and follow the rules, instructions, and regulations in place.
- Between 22:00 and 08:00, customers/guests must show utmost respect and silence towards other guests.
- Grilling is prohibited within the area. Gas and electric grills are permitted.
- Each power outlet is 10 amperes, mainly for charging. Overuse may lead to tripping the entire or parts of our electrical network. In case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice
repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.
- Pets must be kept on a leash.
- Environmental waste must be disposed of in designated recycling stations. Garbage must be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
- Payment of fees is made online.
- Drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
- We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.
7. Breach of Contract
This is an agreement made between the customer (orderer) and Vadstena Center AB. The agreement ceases to be valid immediately if:
- The conditions in this document are not met.
- The customers/guests in the party behave disruptively in the area.
- The customers/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customers/guests in the party must immediately vacate the area. In case of destruction or disruptive behavior, compensation may be demanded from the customer.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, and other events deemed as force majeure, Vadstena Center AB may terminate the agreement, whereupon the customer with guests must be
promptly notified. Vadstena Center AB is obliged to refund the amount paid, except for the benefit derived from the site.
